Booking Procedures
Guests can book online 14 days in advance or 10 days in advance by calling our pro shop at (905) 679-2703 or toll free at 1-877-651-7041. When booking your tee time you will need to provide us with your full name, contact phone number and a valid credit card number to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
We require a notice of cancellation 24 hours before your tee time. If you book for 4 players and arrive with 3 players we will charge for the 4th and issue a rain check. If you book and fail to show up without cancelling, we will charge your credit card for all 4 players and issue a rain check.
Dress Code in Effect
We allow soft spikes, spikeless or soft soled athletic shoes. No metal spikes allowed. Shirts with sleeves and collars or mock necks. Dress or golf slacks or Bermuda shorts. No jeans, track pants or cut offs allowed. Ladies - no tank tops please. No jerseys, tattered clothing, and sleeveless shirts. (OK for ladies, provided they have a collar.)
Rain Check and Course Condition Policy
All rain checks have a 30-day expiration date. If you play less than 7 holes you will receive an 18-hole rain check. If you play 7 to 14 holes you will receive a 9-hole rain check.
Pace of Play
The Willow Valley Golf Course allows for a 4 hour and 15 minute pace of play to be maintained over the course of a full round of golf. Golfers of all abilities are invited to play Willow Valley, recognizing we are a challenging golf course. To ensure an enjoyable day for all, our goal is to have all guests appreciate the etiquette, traditions and basic rules associated with the game of golf. We strongly encourage all of our guests to do their best in repairing ball marks, replacing divots and raking the traps.
