Willow Valley Golf strives to exceed customer expectations in the provision of our services and access to our facilities.  We want every customer to feel valued, respected, and appreciated.  We are always looking for ways we can improve our customer experience, and welcome feedback to help us find ways in which we can do better, identify barriers, and respond to concerns.

All feedback, including complaints, will be directed to Senior Management.  For feedback requiring a response, customers can expect to hear back within 5-10 business days.

Willow Valley Golf ensures our feedback process is accessible to people with disabilities by providing or arranging for accessible formats and communication supports, on request.


A fee will be charged for any support persons who accompany a person with a disability, and who utilize the services provided by Willow Valley Golf. In this case, the regular fees would apply. Support persons accompanying a person with a disability who does not utilize any of the services provided by Willow Valley Golf will not be charged a fee.
